Your materials are scanned in our secure Magherafelt facility, QA-checked against agreed standards, and OCR-processed where applicable. Outputs to agreed specification

Delivery & return
Digital files delivered via secure password-protected cloud link or USB. Your originals are returned with a signed handover document.

Scanned documents are admissible in UK civil proceedings under the Civil Evidence Act 1995 — but only when the process around them is right. Ours is built from the ground up to meet that standard.
